Abstract

From this whole discussion, it can be concluded that the state is the name of an evolutionary, historical and political entity, which is the result of centuries of intellectual and conscious evolution, from which emerged the concept of the Machiavellian nation-state of the post-modern renaissance, which emerged in Europe. It was gradually established throughout the world until its colonisation, despite all the historical and theoretical debates, we are unable to determine the exact age and origin of the history of the state with a cent per cent certainty.  The victory of patriarchal society over matriarchal society and the rise of religions established and perpetuated the modern conscious state, which evolved from urban municipalities to empires with the passage of t time and it paved the way for medieval and modern state culture. In this context, We can rely on the historical books to some extent, determining the date from the remaining antiquities is a relatively modern method, which is related to the purely empirical school, so it is difficult for Common political scientists to refer to this applied type of historiography directly. In this regard, political experts political and historical historians are forced to refer to speculative philosophy. Still, due to some limitations, these methods also feel unable to speak one hundred per cent about all investigations, thus historical books and monuments. From the overall observation and study of the discovery and investigation of antiquity, we can say with certainty without exaggeration that the state had its beginning in the middle of 10,000 to 5,000 BC.
