Abstract

This article is focused on terrorism, chaos and panic prevailing worldwide somehow due to a clash of ideologies. We will first explore the concepts of the End of History and the clash of civilizations and will also discuss the basics of cultural clashes, conflicts and structural differences. This passage will further put light on the term politics of C2 (POC2) means politics of civilizational and cultural clashes. Rather than defining different schools of thought opposing each other ideologically in different paradigms and contradicting points of view that force others to accept them without any argument. Even though these theories have been criticized and have come under attack, contain many flaws and errors and have been objected and rejected academically. But in the world of conflicting ideologies and propagandas, they are used to exploit emotions. These concepts also brainwash innocent youth, these practices should be considered as human intellect, not as weapons and teaching tools for persuading people to kill and loot humanity based on certain philosophies. Our major focus is that clashes do not happen among civilizations but it may be found among cultures and ideologies, these are mostly so opposing and contradictory to each other that they do not allow an average man to loathe and discriminate against others on such ground. States and governments should not believe in theories like the End of History and the Clash of Civilizations and neither should consider the clash among ideologies as major and final theory. Clash among civilizations may be a fact but this is only one side of reality, many remaining faces and dimensions are still uncovered and yet unexplored.
